To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.

• The item must be in its original condition with the product tag attached.

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Pickup of returned items will be scheduled within 7 days.

• A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided with every request.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to change the size or select another item:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item and the price difference will be calculated accordingly.

• For exchanges, shipping fees are borne by the customer only.

Return Policy

• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

• For returns, shipping fees are borne by the customer only.

• The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer after the inspection is completed.
